Praise that awakens. Pause, see what God is doing right now, and say so out loud.
God is always moving in people's lives. The trouble is not His absence but our attention; we move through our days without stopping to see Him. ABC Testimony is the practice of pausing: taking time to focus, to see God moving, and to share it.
In form it is simple: a short word about what God is doing right now, thirty seconds to two minutes, anchored in who God is. But beneath the simple form it does deep work: it is a seed that blossoms into the knowledge of God's love, plowing the ground of the heart, in both the one who speaks and the one who hears.
The story earns the right to declare who God is; every testimony names who He showed Himself to be.
Thirty seconds to two minutes. Short enough to share anywhere, with anyone.
Not your whole life story. What God is doing right now, this week.
God is. God did. He will.
Not examples. Not scripts. What God is doing right now, in the words of the people who saw it.
“A few months ago, my wife and I joined a new small group at church. This is on the heels of joining this particular church just over a year prior to that. I have been in church my entire life and have participated in many seasons of renewal and revival and have felt the Holy Spirit move in my life. But these last few weeks have been special. I'm growing deeper in my faith because our small group is challenging each other to be purposeful in our pursuit of holiness and we are sharing with each other ways that God has moved in our lives throughout the week. I am just seeing God's faithfulness so evident in my life right now. James 4:8 says to ‘Draw near to God and He will draw near to you’ and our faithful God is doing exactly that. I can feel His presence in my life as He draws near to me just like He said He would!”

“We hosted a worship night for our son's friends last night. We had twenty one teenagers show up and they unapologetically worshipped for hours. They shared testimonies, confessed sin, prayed over one another and read scripture. This came on the heels of weeks of spiritual attack in our home. Weeks of illness, surgeries, job stress, emotional stress and family upheaval. We begged God for reprieve while we were in the midst of the hard but it felt as if we were in a constant cycle of chaos. As we worshipped alongside our youth, we saw God redeem all the weeks of suffering. He showed up in new and fresh ways through a group of teens hungry for His presence. The zeal of the youth reminded me that God is Yahweh Nissi. He is the banner over every season and goes before us to claim victory over what we cannot overcome. I am refreshed and renewed in the goodness of Yahweh Jireh. He met my deepest soul longing in the most intimate and beautiful ways.”

Notice how each one ends by naming who God showed Himself to be. That is the practice doing its work.
One million ABC testimonies borne by Christmas 2027, carried by 1,000 Witness Ready Churches.
The number is not the point. It is the match that lights a hunger. A person cannot hunger for a love they have not recognized; the goal exists to get one person to pause, to praise God for what He is doing this week, and to say so. The first witness is the hardest. A number gets us over it, and then the hunger takes over.
