What we collect. When you give, we and our payment processor (Stripe) collect the information needed to process your gift and send your receipt; Form and Power does not store your card details. When you apply to volunteer, register for an event, or subscribe to updates, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email, phone, and your responses) to review your application, host the event, and communicate with you.
How we use it. We use your information to carry out the ministry: processing gifts and acknowledgments, reviewing volunteer applications, contacting references you provide, sending event details and reminders, and sharing updates you've asked for. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with. Trusted service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, form handling, video meetings), and as required by law. Volunteer application details are shared internally with those responsible for volunteer care.
Your choices. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, and you may request access to or deletion of your information by writing to hello@formandpower.org.
Children. This site is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
